A fresh take on traditional French baking just got a financial boost. TRANCHÉ, the bakery chain aiming to infuse modernity and sensuality into its craft, has closed a seed funding round, raising $100K.
The company, which emphasizes high-quality raw materials and a simple approach from its chefs and millers, operates multiple locations across Paris, including Rochechouart, Batignolles, Marais, and Brochant, as well as in Asnières.
