Toern, a startup focused on transforming e-commerce returns from a cost center into a strategic lever, has secured $1.2M in Seed funding. The capital infusion will support its platform, which automates the entire returns process for online shops, from label creation to refund.
The company's solution integrates seamlessly into existing systems, offering intelligent data capture with AI-supported analytics to provide deep insights into returns behavior. Venture League led the round, with participation from individual investors Volker Rofalski, Arndt Brockmann, Jens Schumann, Martina Pfeifer, and Alexander Gedat.
