Star Cloud is excited to announce that it has successfully raised $11,000,000 in its latest funding round, marking a transformative milestone in its journey to revolutionize data center infrastructure. In an era where the demand for scalable, sustainable, and efficient computing power is rapidly rising, Star Cloud is leading the charge by building a network of megawatt-scale data centers in space—a vision outlined comprehensively in our white paper available at starcloud.com/wp. This infusion of capital will enable the company to accelerate the development and deployment of its innovative technology, capitalizing on the declining costs of space launch services and the unique advantages that space offers. With the ability to leverage abundant solar energy, enjoy natural passive cooling, and rapidly scale operations beyond terrestrial limitations, Star Cloud is poised to set a new standard in the data center industry by eventually achieving gigawatt capacity. The funds will be strategically allocated to advance research and development, initiate construction of the first modular space-based data centers, and expand the team of experts dedicated to refining this cutting-edge technology. By breaking free from the constraints of Earth-bound infrastructures, Star Cloud’s mission is to provide more resilient, environmentally conscious, and cost-effective solutions that can meet the ever-growing demands of digital data processing worldwide. This funding not only reflects confidence from our investors but also underscores the immense potential and visionary approach of leveraging space as the next frontier for data management and computational power.

KinetiTec, Inc.
KinetiTec™ is poised to define a new category of care: in-bed mobility intelligence. We’re tackling hospital-acquired complications and immobility harm to reduce costs to healthcare systems and extend the reach of physical therapy. Our mission: break the cycle of immobility and hospital-acquired deconditioning, a critical and often overlooked healthcare challenge that costs the U.S. over $800M annually. Alarmingly, nearly one-third of patients leave the hospital more debilitated than when they arrived — primarily due to prolonged immobility. Our innovative solution is designed to tackle this issue head-on, addressing key pain points for patients, healthcare providers, and institutions alike. KinetiTec Spark™ addresses a critical gap in inpatient mobility by objectively quantifying strength maintenance and activity progression. By transforming recumbent movement into measurable data, SPARK supports more informed clinical decisions around mobility readiness, discharge planning, and post-surgical recovery pathways. We aim to impact the time it takes for vulnerable individuals to return home and regain their independence. We are committed to patients and caregivers and to supporting a healthcare environment where mobility is prioritized, recovery is accelerated, and lives are changed for the better.
