The funding will bolster its efforts to advance next-generation medicines, targeting serious diseases with major treatment gaps and building out a focused pipeline in its therapeutic areas.
Central to its strategy is SP001, a third-generation, Fc-silent anti-CD40L monoclonal antibody. This lead program is being advanced first in IgG4-related disease, with potential applications across additional immune-related conditions.
