Soufflé Therapeutics has raised $135.0M in Series B funding, capital that will back the company's work on cell-specific ligands for siRNA-based medicines.
The company is built around a delivery problem that has long constrained the field: getting siRNA medicines across the cell membrane to the right cells. Soufflé says it combines proprietary technologies for identifying cell-specific receptors, optimizing ligands, and engineering potent siRNA, with the goal of designing medicines that are more precise and durable than what exists today.
