Scotch, a software provider aiming to modernize liquor retail, has closed a $20.0M Series A funding round. The capital infusion comes as the company works to free independent retailers from the manual tasks and slow systems that have historically hampered their operations.
With backing from VMG Partners, First Round Capital, Lerer Hippeau, and Toba Capital, Scotch builds smarter software designed to save time and improve margins for neighborhood stores and destination warehouses alike, allowing them to focus more on customers and less on inventory management.
