SCI Semiconductor has raised $5.0M to build out its ultra-secure computing technology, based on CHERI architecture. The fabless semiconductor company designs sovereign capability solutions in the UK and fabricates them in Dresden.
Its ICENI roadmap targets memory-safe compute for AI/ML, control systems, and mission-critical applications across industrial, infrastructure, and defence sectors, drawing on partnerships with government, technology leaders, and academia.
