Transforming adrenal cancer diagnosis through mass spectrometry and machine learning. Intelligent Mass Spec Solutions (IMS Solutions) is developing a fast, accurate and non-invasive approach to adrenal cancer diagnosis. We bring together clinical expertise, high throughput mass spectrometry and intelligent machine learning to identify unique steroid signatures associated with Adrenocortical Carcinoma (ACC). Our adrenal cancer test analyses a simple urine sample to help clinicians distinguish malignant adrenal tumours from those that are benign — supporting faster, more informed decisions about which patients require surgery. Our technology is built on clinical data from the world’s largest prospective clinical study of ACC, which identified a unique chemical signature in the urine of patients with the disease. Our goal is to translate this research into a diagnostic solution that reduces unnecessary investigations and supports earlier, more accurate diagnosis for patients with adrenal tumours.

Consisting of a specifically designed cooling system that is related to floating solar panels that are mounted on bodies of water, it offers a more sustainable and efficient solution than traditional solar panels on land.
