Revora, the customer engagement platform formerly known as MyAlice, has secured $2.0M in Seed funding to expand its suite of tools for online businesses in the region. The capital will fuel the growth of its all-in-one platform, which helps companies power up customer support and increase sales through features like Gen AI-driven chatbots, WhatsApp marketing, and integrated complaint management.
A syndicate of investors, including i2i Ventures, Oraseya Capital, Anchorless Bangladesh, Conjunction Capital, F6 Ventures, Orbit Ventures, Hi2 Global, and Salman Butt, participated in the round, backing Revora's mission to become a premier partner for e-commerce operations.
