Navigating the labyrinth of international e-commerce returns just got a capital injection. Return Helper, a platform designed to simplify cross-border logistics and asset recovery, has closed a $4.0M Series A funding round.
The company provides a unified intelligence platform that bridges the gap between global sales and local disposal, helping sellers on Amazon, Shopify, and eBay manage returns across 20+ hubs in Europe, the Americas, and Asia. Investors Cathay Venture and MLC Ventures (Mitsubishi Logistics Corporation) backed the round, recognizing Return Helper's focus on not just processing returns, but reviving them through local resale and strategic recycling, boasting a 70% recovery rate.
