The company’s platform, Prometheus™, is designed to deliver therapeutic genes safely and durably-without integrating into the genome-while still allowing for dose adjustments after treatment.
That pitch is aimed squarely at large, underserved markets. Its lead candidate targets osteoarthritis, built on a clinically validated cartilage-regenerating mechanism, with additional programs in weight loss, Type 2 diabetes, and stroke.
