Redfaire has secured $15.2M in fresh capital from BGF, a deal that gives the Oracle ERP specialist a deeper war chest as it pushes further into cloud migrations and AI-driven automation.
The company has spent more than two decades helping JD Edwards customers modernize their systems, but its scope has widened considerably in recent years. With the 2026 addition of eKal Solutions, Redfaire now spans the full Oracle ecosystem-from JD Edwards and OCI to Fusion Cloud-covering HCM, finance, and supply chain work. That broader footprint, paired with a global network of 750 consultants across 23 countries, positions the firm to chase larger, end-to-end transformation contracts. The new funding from BGF is aimed at accelerating that trajectory, though specific plans for the capital have not been detailed.
