Pythag Tech has raised $4.3M in seed funding from Azolla Ventures. The company is a data and technology outfit working to accelerate the future of cultivated meat.
Rather than producing meat itself, Pythag Tech builds what it describes as the industry's most diverse and high-quality biological dataset, which powers a machine-learning platform for designing optimized, scalable production processes. It sells that technology to large corporations.
