PRUUVE Secures $1.5M Seed Round to Accelerate the Next Generation of UV Innovation

PRUUVE is excited to announce that we have successfully raised $1,500,000 in our latest funding round—a significant milestone that reflects the confidence our investors have in our innovative approach and rapid growth.

Founded in 2023 as a spin-off from the renowned Institute of Applied Photo Physics (IAPP) at TU Dresden, PRUUVE has quickly established itself as a pioneering force in the field of precise UV dose measurement.

Our debut B2B products, the UV-MACS and UV-Strips, launched in 2025, have already been instrumental in revolutionizing industrial UV processes by ensuring reduced energy consumption, enabling targeted maintenance, lowering operational costs, and streamlining documentation.

This capital infusion will not only further solidify our market position but also accelerate our research and development efforts as we look to expand our applications beyond precision UV measurement.

With a clear mission to enhance PRUUVE technology for UV LEDs, UV disinfection, and 3D curing—as well as to develop new products for e-beam and security labels—we are poised to redefine industry standards while addressing critical sustainability challenges.
