PayRewards has raised $28.0M in a Series E round, a fresh infusion of capital for the payments platform that lets U.S. business owners earn rewards on nearly any vendor payment-even those that don鈥檛 take credit cards.
The company, built by the team behind pay.com.au, lets users rack up points on ACH, wire, and card transactions, then stack those with existing card rewards to redeem for flights, hotels, or gift cards from over 100 brands. With 50,000+ businesses already on board, the new funding arrives as PayRewards looks to scale a model that turns a routine cost-paying suppliers-into a source of perks. Specific use of the capital wasn鈥檛 disclosed.
