Apartment owners and management companies often grapple with inefficient rental lifecycles, a problem Padgea Inc. aims to solve with its AI execution layer. The company, which integrates with existing property management systems, has now raised $1.5M.
Padgea's platform deploys specialist AI agents to automate the full rental process - from initial inquiry and tours to applications, screening, and lease management - across web, email, SMS, and voice. This system is designed to compress leasing cycles, capture leads 24/7, and catch fraud, targeting operations managing 200 to 20,000 doors. The team behind Padgea previously built BostonPads, which handled $1.58B in leases.
