A key highlight of OCLT’s ongoing projects is the development of eight affordable rental homes in Dean Court, Botley within the Vale of White Horse District Council. The site, acquired with a clear focus on delivering quality housing, commenced in May 2022 and is on track for completion by May 2023. By becoming both a Registered Provider and a trusted partner within local communities, OCLT reinforces its strategic priorities of sustainable development and accessible housing. The raised funds will be expertly channeled into supporting construction, ensuring rigorous quality standards, and fostering community engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
