The golf ball industry's first USGA-conforming hollow metal core ball maker, OnCore Golf, has secured $250K in Series A funding. The company, founded by entrepreneurs Bret Blakely and Steve Coulton, aims to infuse fun and enjoyment into the sport through its growing suite of differentiated products.
OnCore's offerings now include the five-star-rated low-compression AVANT and the top-performing ELIXR tour ball, distributed worldwide. The company's early product development was supported by a network of advisors, including advanced materials engineer Doug DuFaux and experienced venture investor Keith Blakely.
