Norbert Health has raised $14.0M in a Series A round, betting that the next frontier in healthcare robotics isn’t a new machine, but a module that makes existing ones useful at the bedside.
The company’s AI-driven hardware and software package turns any robot into a health assistant, capable of holding natural patient conversations, measuring vitals without contact, and flagging mobility or behavioral changes to care teams. Norbert says its system is already deployed in real-world healthcare settings, designed to slot into existing workflows without adding staff or requiring complex change management. The fresh capital will help the company scale partnerships with providers looking to push more preventive, personalized care into the exam room and beyond.
