Neuromorphic Labs has raised $5.0M in a seed round backed by Flying Fish, a bet on the startup’s pitch to become the “trust layer” for production AI. The company’s platform is designed to let teams build and deploy models and agents with verifiable control at every stage, running inside a customer’s own environment and integrating with existing tooling.
The round arrives as enterprises increasingly demand guardrails around AI deployment, though the startup is entering a crowded field of governance and observability players. Neuromorphic Labs’ focus on in-environment operation and compatibility with current workflows could be its differentiator, but the seed funding will need to stretch far in a market where trust is as much about execution as it is about promises.
