The race to identify neurological disorders years before visible symptoms just got a significant boost. neuroClues, a MedTech startup developing biomarkers for early detection of conditions like Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, and Multiple Sclerosis, has announced it has raised $11.3M.
The company, which aims to become the "brain's stethoscope," is tackling a growing challenge: neurological disorders are expected to affect one in three people, with Parkinson's patients alone projected to double to 13 million in the next decade. Founded by seasoned MedTech entrepreneurs and doctors, neuroClues operates from base camps in Louvain-la-Neuve, Paris, and New York.
