NEO Finance, the company behind the "Paskolų klubas" peer-to-peer lending platform and "Neopay" payment services, has secured $80K in new investment capital. Established in 2014, the company operates with a full E-money institution license issued by the Bank of Lithuania, in addition to its peer-to-peer lending license.
Its "Neopay" brand provides payment initiation and account information services, with its PIS/AIS license passported across the EU. NEO Finance also expanded its offerings in 2020 by acquiring the crowdfunding platform "FinoMark," which commenced operations in February 2021.
