The world’s first "agentic work suite" has some new backers. Motion, which builds a platform for managing both human and AI employees, has raised $2.0M in a pre-seed round led by Extantia Capital and Norrsken Evolve.
The pitch is straightforward: instead of just organizing tasks, Motion’s AI teammates are meant to actually execute them-working across sales, marketing, support, and ops using a company’s full context of projects, deadlines, and docs. The company claims over 1 million teams already use the platform, positioning the fresh capital as fuel for a category it’s trying to define before the bigger players catch up.
