Minoa has raised $6.2M in seed funding, a bet that B2B sales teams are ready to stop winging it on value. Storm Ventures led the round, with Mintaka VC, AirAngels, 468 Capital, and The GTM Operators Network also participating.
The San Francisco-based startup sells a "value intelligence layer" for go-to-market teams, essentially a system for building and tracking the business case behind every deal. Instead of relying on usage charts to justify renewals, Minoa helps sellers co-create a defensible case with their champion upfront, then tracks promised versus realized outcomes after the sale. The pitch is that this data compounds-each business case sharpens the next, letting value motions scale without adding headcount. Early customers include Snowflake, Vanta, and Pendo, with Vanta reportedly building cases 80% faster and rolling the approach out to over 11,000 customers.
