The fight against neurodegenerative diseases just got a boost, as healthtech innovator Mautilus announced it has closed a $495K seed round. The company, which leverages artificial intelligence to transform how these conditions are monitored and managed, secured the capital to further its mission.
Mautilus develops intelligent, data-driven platforms for early detection, clinical decision-making, and patient follow-up. Its flagship solution, EM Care, specifically targets multiple sclerosis, using passive monitoring and AI to reveal disease progression that might otherwise go unnoticed, aiming to help doctors intervene sooner and improve patient outcomes.
