Lyte, a ticketing platform that works with event creators, venues and artists, has raised $165.0M in Series C funding.
Founded in 2013, the company pitches a demand-first approach to ticketing - one built around returnability and simplicity rather than the usual scramble for seats. Its tools are aimed at helping shows fill up while giving fans a less painful buying experience. The company did not disclose its investors or say how it plans to spend the new capital.
