Lumilens has raised $700.0M in a Series C round, a hefty infusion for a company building the optical networking backbone for AI data centers. The round was backed by Navin Chaddha.
The startup designs and manufactures near-package optics, co-packaged optics, and pluggable transceivers aimed at handling the performance, power, and bandwidth demands of next-generation AI workloads. With hyperscalers scrambling to scale their infrastructure, the capital gives Lumilens a deep war chest to push its connectivity platform further into that market.
