Lion Energy Limited, an energy firm navigating both conventional oil and gas production and the burgeoning green hydrogen sector, has secured $3.2M in new funding. The capital comes as the company manages an Indonesian portfolio featuring existing oil production and the 1.5Tcf Lofin gas discovery, alongside look-alike exploration opportunities both onshore and offshore Seram Island.
Lion is also applying its skills to exploring green hydrogen opportunities in Australia, believing that managing resources and gas molecules close to market are skills in its upstream DNA. The company operates the East Seram PSC with a 60% interest and holds a minority interest in the oil-producing Seram (Non-Bula) PSC.
