Kuro Technology GmbH has raised $11.4M to bring an AI foundation to general contractors. The construction industry runs on documents - plans, specs, 3D models - and Kuro's platform ingests and connects all of them into a single data model, so applications can flag risks and contradictions before they turn into expensive problems.
The round drew UVC Partners, Foundamental, Realyze Ventures, and HelloWorld. Kuro's pitch rests on a second promise beyond catching errors: that knowledge from each project is retained and applied to the next, rather than walking out the door when the job ends.
