KOSMOS, a new platform designed to drastically cut the time engineering teams spend diagnosing system failures, has secured $5.0M in seed funding. The investment, led by Norwest, will back the company's mission to automate the tedious process of investigating incidents across disparate tools like Jira, Salesforce, GitHub, and ServiceNow.
The startup's technology connects these signals automatically, surfacing root causes in seconds and aiming to reduce mean time to resolution (MTTR) and repeat incidents. Its system proposes correlations via machine learning, which are then confirmed by human input and learned over time.
