We are thrilled to announce that Kairos Carbon has successfully raised $1,000,000 in our latest funding round, marking a significant milestone in our journey toward transforming environmental waste into a sustainable future. At Kairos Carbon, we specialize in turning low-quality organic waste into durable, measurable carbon removal, and this new capital injection will further enable us to expand our innovative approach. Our mission is rooted in the power of photosynthesis; by leveraging nature’s own mechanisms, we pull carbon dioxide directly from the air and convert it into a resource that contributes to permanent environmental benefits. Unlike traditional processes, our focus on organic wastes – particularly those that are wet, contaminated, or challenging to manage – sets us apart in the realm of carbon capture technologies.

Our state-of-the-art hydrothermal conversion process is not only energy-efficient, as it is exothermic and requires no external energy input, but it also creates multiple downstream benefits. The process allows for the recovery of carbon dioxide gas, which can be securely pumped underground for long-term sequestration. Additionally, we recover clean water and critical minerals, both of which are vital for recycling back into agricultural cycles and other human uses. This integration of environmental sustainability and industrial utility underscores our commitment to co-benefits that address climate change, resource scarcity, and waste management simultaneously.

The infusion of funding will accelerate our research and development efforts, scale our technological infrastructure, and expand our operational footprint. We are excited to continue our mission and invite partners and supporters to join us as we pave the way to a cleaner, greener planet.
