GoSprout has raised $1.2M to keep building software for apprenticeship and work-based learning programs. The platform handles the administrative load that tends to sink these efforts - compliance, reporting, wage reimbursement - and tracks skill development as apprentices move through a program.
The company says its tools are used by United Airlines, Volvo, Radiance Solar, and Miami EdTech, across sectors including healthcare, renewable energy, IT, manufacturing, and education. GoSprout also claims organizations using it have cut administrative burden by up to 50% and sped up funding reimbursements by 70%. The round's investors were not disclosed.
