GNOSIS Health Limited, a digital health spinout from Newcastle University, has secured $1.4M in Seed funding to advance its Parkinson's disease management platform. The company's MAXine platform leverages a patient app, conversational AI, and wearables to offer real-time symptom tracking and personalized insights.
The capital infusion will support Gnosis Health's strategy to target the self-pay healthtech market via direct-to-consumer subscriptions, alongside revenues from pharma and providers. A certified medical device, the company has already completed clinical trials and secured NHS pilot partnerships, now aiming to scale into other chronic conditions and global markets, building on early commercial traction.
