Hummingbird Kinetics® provides a compact, flexible, and easy-to-service alternative to slosh tanks and pendulums. The Hummingbird is a competitively priced fluid harmonic damper that can be distributed throughout a building, improving efficiency and giving more leasable space back to the building owner. Harnessing fluid mechanics technology in collaboration with NASA, the structural engineering experts at Thornton Tomasetti developed the Hummingbird Damping System. Thornton Tomasetti performed system testing & refinement, and successfully implemented a full-scale system on a building to demonstrate its effectiveness in reducing wind-induced building motions. RWDI and Thornton Tomasetti are now equal partners in this technology company, whereby Hummingbird Kinetics® leverages the 25+ years of Damping System expertise at RWDI in design and implementation of damping solutions to resolve motion issues for structures of all types.

BotBuilt creates construction components with robotic precision using AI and computer vision. Framing components are shipped directly to the job site, making framing up to 5x faster. We create safer job sites, sustainable systems, and a better path to solve the housing crisis. Our systems can take any plan and turn it into a series of instructions for the robots to build from. The Northeast Community Center Association (NECCA) is a neighborhood-based, non-profit organization founded in 1980 by Northeast Spokane residents. NECCA is nationally and locally recognized for developing partnerships with our neighborhoods, local businesses, and industries. We can expand available resources for community services and facility support through these partnerships. At the Northeast Community Center, we believe that the best strategies for building healthier neighborhoods will come from our neighbors. Focused on the energies and capacities of our residents, the Northeast Community Center is committed to supporting residents as they take responsibility for improving their quality of life. NECCA exclusively utilizes the "Community Agency Collaborative" model. All direct services are partnered with public, private, community, and neighborhood organizations. By linking the shared interests of various groups and organizations, NECCA can provide one-stop services to our community. Families can access anything from health care to child care, women's services to senior services, and energy assistance to food assistance. We currently have ten unique agencies operating in our facility.
