Foremark Legal has raised $6.0M in seed funding, a bet on its pitch to become the first agentic, outcome-based consumer law firm. The company is building an AI-powered legal underwriting engine designed to detect, price, and acquire high-value cases, starting with personal injury claims.
The model aims to shift how consumers access contingency-based representation, moving beyond traditional intake methods to a system where software identifies strong claims before they ever reach a lawyer’s desk. Foremark’s broader ambition stretches across major areas of consumer law, though personal injury is the initial beachhead. The round’s investors were not disclosed, but the capital gives the firm runway to develop its underwriting technology and test whether AI can reliably spot cases worth pursuing at scale.
