FLUSSO LIMITED, the Cambridge-based fabless semiconductor company behind the world’s smallest flow sensor, has secured $5.7M in Series a funding. The capital infusion will support its continued development of flow sensing solutions for high-volume applications across consumer, medical, automotive, and industrial markets.
The company, which emerged from Cambridge University in 2016 and was acquired in 2022 by a global PE fund and a major MEMS semiconductor company, offers the FLS112 mass flow sensor. This tiny component, measuring just 3.5 x 3.5 mm, is based on a multi-award winning digital flow sensing platform designed for easy integration into intricate flow paths.
