Flashpoint Raises $67M for Tech Investment Funds

Flashpoint, an international tech investment firm, has secured $67,000,000 in new capital from investors.

This significant funding bolsters the firm's capacity to continue its strategic investments in technology companies across the U.S. and Western Europe that originate from Europe and MENA regions.

With approximately $600 million in assets under management (AUM), Flashpoint operates a diversified strategy across seven funds.

These funds are structured into three main product categories: Venture Growth, Growth Debt, and Direct Secondary.

The firm maintains a global presence with its headquarters in London and additional offices in New York, Tel Aviv, Budapest, and Riga, facilitating its cross-regional investment focus.

Flashpoint's investor base includes prominent institutions such as Széchenyi Funds, alongside over 180 major family offices and high-net-worth individuals, who contribute to its various funds.

The newly raised capital is earmarked to expand Flashpoint’s investment initiatives and deepen its impact within the tech ecosystem.

Flashpoint has a track record of supporting 80 companies, including notable investments in Guesty, Chili Piper, and OfficeRnD.

The firm has also completed 23 exits, with successes such as its stake in Shazam sold to Apple and Chess.

A third of its capital has been dedicated to themes like e-learning, telemedicine, and online job platforms.
