F2 has raised $5.0M from Golub Capital, adding fresh capital to a platform that has quietly become a fixture in private credit and commercial banking deal workflows.
The New York–based company sells what it calls a compounding intelligence platform: software that ingests a firm's IC memos, models, CIMs, and CRM data into a queryable library of past judgment, so investment teams can pull precedents and underwrite new deals with the pattern recognition of their most experienced MD. F2 says more than 15,000 deals are underwritten on it annually across firms managing over $400B in client assets. It's Excel-native, ranks first on SpreadsheetBench, and is backed by NFX, Left Lane Capital, and Y Combinator.
