The final frontier of drug discovery just got a $10.0M boost. Exobiosphere, the world's first space-focused pre-clinical contract research organization, has secured seed funding to advance its mission of leveraging microgravity for biomedical R&D.
The startup is building a standardized, high-throughput testing platform in orbit, allowing pharmaceutical and biotech partners to run automated experiments in space. This approach aims to accelerate drug discovery by creating more physiologically relevant models and observing faster disease development than possible on Earth.
