Deon Health has raised $15.0M in a funding round backed by AmeriHealth Caritas, Town Hall Ventures, First Trust Capital Partners, and Difference Partners.
The company works with the intellectual and developmental disability (I/DD) community and the providers who serve them, aiming to reshape managed care delivery through data-informed, community-based models. Its approach involves collaborating closely with Direct Support Professionals, case managers, and care coordinators to build what it describes as a new paradigm for care-one that leans on evidence and local support systems rather than institutional defaults. The backing from a mix of strategic and venture investors signals growing interest in rethinking how I/DD care is managed and funded.
