Technical support issues that typically bottleneck at engineering teams are now in the crosshairs of AI. Decimal, a startup developing an AI support engineer, has secured $4.0M in seed funding to advance its platform.
The company's technology aims to resolve complex technical tickets instantly by deeply understanding a product's code, configurations, and customer usage data, preventing escalations for common problems like unexpected behaviors or undocumented bugs. The seed round drew investment from Khosla Ventures, Kearny Jackson, Atlassian Ventures, Weekend Fund, and individual investors Claire Hughes Johnson, Michelle V., and Rimple Patel.
