The capital infusion drew support from a notable syndicate of investors, including The Column Group, Nextech Invest, RA Capital Management, EUCLIDEAN CAPITAL, LLC, and Eli Lilly and Company.
The company designs and develops bioavailable macrocyclic peptide therapeutics, applying a computational structure-based design approach. Its initial focus is on intracellular protein-protein interactions that play key roles in cancer, aiming to create inherently permeable drug candidates.
