This funding will play a pivotal role in advancing the production and utilization of green hydrogen and other climate-neutral energy carriers, fundamentally reshaping the energy landscape. The H2Global Foundation is dedicated to implementing the groundbreaking H2Global funding instrument, an auction-based initiative designed to accelerate the development of the international green hydrogen and Power-to-X economy. With the German government supporting this initiative with an additional €900 million, the foundation is set to catalyze impactful activities that foster improved use of these renewable energy sources.
Currently representing 18 companies spanning the entire power-to-X value chain, the H2Global Foundation is positioned at the forefront of the transition to clean energy.
