Boldr has raised $5.0M in seed funding, a round that lands as the company looks to scale its model of ethical talent outsourcing. The BPO firm, which operates across five countries with 1,500 team members, has built its pitch around a simple premise: talent is evenly distributed, but opportunity isn’t.
Founded in 2017, Boldr is the first and largest global B Corp-certified BPO, and the first such certified in the Philippines. It serves more than 100 client partners in 10-plus languages from seven city locations. The fresh capital arrives without named investors disclosed, but the round signals continued momentum for a company that has staked its growth on pairing social responsibility with outsourced operations.
