Electric co-ops looking to shed reactive vegetation management and gain budget clarity just got a boost, as Bloom Spatial, a platform designed to streamline these operations, announced it has closed a $500K seed funding round. The investment drew capital from Elevate Ventures, Flywheel Fund, and Paragraph Studio.
Bloom Spatial's technology provides a comprehensive system for utilities, integrating a risk model with remote sensing and LiDAR data, a work management system, and mobile field tools. This allows users to ask questions of the system in plain English, eliminating the need for GIS expertise and fostering clear priorities and increased productivity.
