Basalt Health raised $20.0M in Series A funding led by NEA, the company said.
Basalt makes software that plugs into electronic medical records to help clinical and admissions teams at post-acute care providers make faster, more consistent decisions. The tool pulls together patient data, applies clinical criteria, and surfaces what matters without requiring staff to dig through charts manually. It's built for settings including behavioral health, skilled nursing, acute rehab, and long-term acute care, where decisions need to be both quick and correct.
