Arculus raised $1.9M in seed funding to build out its digital asset security platform. The company makes a cold storage wallet for crypto and NFTs that leans on multi-factor authentication rather than the usual seed-phrase gymnastics.
The wallet is designed to slot into everyday use, and Arculus says the same technology can be embedded directly into the premium metal cards made by CompoSecure, its parent operation - a pitch that ties consumer hardware to card-issuing programs. The seed round gives the company room to push that integration further.
