ApartmentIQ says its platform tracks over 40 million units and pulls from 1.1 million property websites, claiming 95% concession coverage. It鈥檚 already used by 70% of the NMHC Top 50, per the company, which positions the fresh cash to deepen that foothold in a sector still leaning on manual surveys and outdated systems.
