AMPIN Energy Transition has raised $100.0M, adding fresh capital to one of India's larger renewable energy platforms.
The New Delhi-based company supplies green power to more than 100 commercial and industrial customers across sectors including pharma, auto, data centers, and cement, with a portfolio of over 6 GWp and 5.5 GWh spanning 23 states. Its customer list includes Skoda Auto Volkswagen India, Cipla, Bharti Airtel, Britannia, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Beyond generation, AMPIN has built out what it calls energy transition enablers - energy trading, solar cell and module manufacturing, green hydrogen, and storage. The company says it is backed by institutional investors from Europe, Asia, and North America.
