The burgeoning field of AI-powered digital humans just got a fresh injection of capital, with Singapore's Amity Robotics announcing a $7.0M seed round. The investment saw participation from East Ventures, 500 Global, and AlteriQ Global.
Established in 2024 as a subsidiary of the AI/SaaS technology group Amity Corporation, the startup aims to redefine customer-facing experiences. Its flagship R1 product offers 24/7 customer service, navigation assistance, and multilingual support, designed to help enterprises scale service quality while reducing operational costs.
